Thanks for your visit. This is a membership-based shop. If this is your first visit, please sign up first.
Tax and tariffs that occur for international deliveries differ by country and such extra expense will be paid by the consumer.
If the consumer refuses to receive the item or if the product comes back to the seller without a stated reason, it will be seen as a product return for the consumer’s change of mind and the customer will be reimbursed the amount of money excluding the extra cost that arose during the process of refund/return.
How to order item
1. If you've found items of your interest, please put them in the basket (To direct the order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)
2. To proceed. Double-check your product name and quantity, size, check the fare.
3. Please submit your name and address.
4. Please select payment method.
5. To order, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
6. If you have selected “Payment by Credit Card”, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.
7. ※ Actual color may look different due to lights and projection of display.
- Shipping Fee
· International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)
- Delivery Date
· Normally, it takes about 5~10 business days for your order to be processed and to be delivered depending on the product availability, countries, shipping commodity, inventory clearance, etc.
· Shipping information can be inquired by checking MyPage->Order Details.
- Attention (Situations below could affect delivery timeline)
· Whether the order was placed during business hours.
· Deliveries won’t be processed during holidays including New Years, Thanksgiving and Christmas
· Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions could delay the delivery process
· Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for the ordered goods will be shipped the next business day.
· Total expense (including tax) + shipping (tax)

- Shipment status will be sent after payment confirmation is complete.
Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:
Returns based on customers’ change of mind are not accepted, and extra costs will occur in situations below:
1. Buyer’s obligation (Change of mind): Customer must pay the delivery fee and the expense will be deducted from the refund price (product exchange is unavailable).
2. Seller’s obligation (product deficit, delivery mistake): Seller will pay the delivery fee.
Expenses that arise upon customers’ request will be confirmed through inquiries from our website’s “MyPage->1:1 inquiry or Q&A BOARD.”
Based on the stated reasons above, merchandise may be returned for full refund to our online store within 14 days of when the customer has first received the product (based on the tracking number).
- If the return/refund is needed for consumer or seller’s reasons, one must post an inquiry with the merchandise’s picture, code and reason of refund on “MyPage->1:1 inquiry or Q&A BOARD.”
- Item (s) must be returned in their unused, original condition, with all tags including security tags, attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Order invoice that has the customer’s name, website ID and order number must also be included when returned.
- Refund/return will be processed upon customers’ request after successfully receiving the item in Korea
Returns that are impossible to process
1. When merchandise has been damaged or lost due to customer’s negligence.
2. When merchandise has lost its worth due to customers’ usage.
3. When merchandise has not been returned in a 30-day period; having lost its value to re-sell the product.
