Products made of the above materials cann be washed in principle.

In the following cases, any bag cannot be repaired, exchanged, or returned.

Damage due to customer negligence: Any damage or deformation caused by the user’s negligence or friction.

Any harm, damage, deformation, discoloration and stain due to

the reasons above cannot be recovered by any guarantee.
